International Learning Center (ILC) for non-English speakers in Preschool, Grade (Lower) School and High (Upper) School
A program and a place where students are taught academic subjects in a special environment for at least one year, before being mainstreamed with the regular classes.
ILC is a school within a school that offers a program where non-English speaking students are taught academic subjects in a special and nurturing environment for at least one year or until such time that they are ready to join the mainstream of the regular classes. This usualy takes one school year.

What does ILC offer non-English Speakers?
1. Transition Program:
The program ensures that foreigners who are non-English speakers or who have low English proficiency are able to learn the competencies and skills required of the academic programs through individualized instruction to adjust to the academic demands appropriate to their level.
2. Foreigners' Circle / Inter-facing with English-speaking classes:
Students are given opportunities to develop multi-cultural awareness and adaptability. The foreigners' Circle also provides an avenue for sharing and learning about each other's culture to speed up the students, integration into the mainstream of regular classes.
3. ILC Prepares the students to join the regular classes by:
- Improving their English proficiency
- Developing their self-confidence
- Developing multi-cultural awareness and adaptability
- Bridging the gap between their basic knowledge and the mainstream requirements through activities that cut across levels
- Practical applications and simulations of real life situations
